Environmental Assessment
tpm landscape have considerable experience of the Environmental Assessment process and in contributing to Environmental Statements on behalf of developers, and to assessing submitted documents on behalf of local authorities. We can produce appraisal reports to assist in decision making or more full studies and assessments such as Landscape Character  and Visualisation work. We have been called upon to provide planning support for committee and provide expert witness at Public Inquiry.

Our experience also covers supporting wider government agencies in their role in regenerating inner city areas and providing planning and scooping studies to assist in the allocation and spending of grant monies.
