Appointed by Three Sixty Developments TPM have worked alongside OEA Architects to submit detail planning proposals for a student residential scheme off River Lane, Cambridge. The landscape proposals include two sunken courtyard spaces and streetscape improvements along the River Lane boundary to continue the green character of the existing street. Detail liaison was undertaken with residents and local authority to establish the design principles.
