TPM Landscape were appointed by Renaker Build LTD to develop detail construction level landscape proposals for the landscape forming part of the residential development (post planning approval). The landscape interfaces with the River Medlock and Cambridge Street, with connections to the south of the site between the First Street Development and The Green Building. A podium level landscape provides a private residential garden that offers covered walkways between buildings, a water feature and a secret garden
