TPM were appointed by Pinnacle to develop detail planning proposals for the gateway site leading into the wider Media City area; to become the only student residential scheme within the area. Working alongside DAY Architectural the landscape proposals sought to create a south facing courtyard with informal meeting areas, swathe style planting and an open lawn area all maximising on the sun path analysis.
