The Exchange Court site forms part of the wider Greengate master plan. TPM were appointed by AQ Investments LTD to work alongside OMI architects to develop landscape proposals as part of a detail planning application. The site forms an important gateway along Trinity Way and is bound to the north by the River Irwell. Connections to the river have been established as part of the landscape proposals in accordance with the objectives of the Greengate master plan by creating a linear walkway and stepped access. A series of resident roof gardens have been designed to the south of the building
