TPM prepared the Design and Access statement and Landscape and Visual assessment report for this application in Holmes Chapel Cheshire. Following its refusal we have provided expert witness in support of the application at Public Inquiry.

The design includes for a mixed use scheme with both residential properties and commercial office space proposed within a substantial landscape setting. Children’s play, sports pitch provision and an ecological park are some of the notable features within a green infrastructure with paths and routeways which connect into the existing rights of way network.

Tree, ecology and landscape and visual assessment were critical elements of the survey and analysis work that supported the application and formed a key aspect of the evidence provided at Inquiry.
