Telford

TPM are currently developing a masterplan approach to a large mixed use site in Telford which adjoins other allocated sites against the settlement edge. The design has been strongly driven by the visual impacts and connections across this flat landscape to surrounding prominent land marks and features.

A strong public access network and green infrastructure plan has also been a key part of linking the various parcels of land together into a cohesive whole which will include new schools and commercial areas, as well as a variety of housing types.

TPM have produced a landscape and visual assessment to support this application as well as the Design and Access Statement and Layout design.
