Beswick, Manchester

This development of family housing forms part of a wider masterplan area for the regeneration of east Manchester and is the first new Local Authority housing in Manchester for 30 years. Our work in this field has enabled us to develop experience in designing for social housing communities as well as presenting these to the people who will ultimately live within them. Both the architecture and landscape has been designed to be both contemporary and attractive while remaining robust and cost effective.
