Appointed by Pointfield Developments LTD TPM have worked alongside DAY Architectural to develop detailing planning proposals for the private residential scheme at a gateway site to Liverpool City Centre. A shared surface approach to the scheme has ensured the the access roadways work to also provide a pedestrian friendly scheme with a central courtyard feature. Key axis and desire lines to the wider area have been established across the site with overhead structures a lighting drawing the users through the space.
