Wilburn Basin

TPM Landscape were appointed by Renaker Build LTD to work alongside OMI Architects to develop proposals for Wilburn Basin a former mooring site located off the River Irwell, Salford. The four buildings will provide residential accommodation with attractive outlooks over a new landscape with the waterfront as the focus. The design seeks to be simple and robust to reflect the industrial character of the site. Public access is facilitated through the centre of the site. TPM have secured planning permission for the landscape and are working up tender information to support the forthcoming construction works.
