Gold award winning ‘Best Brown Field Development 2012’ in the National What House Awards. A large and complex site on the waterfront at the edge of Leeds City Centre, incorporating 280 units in a Homezone style arrangement of streets based around a series of public open space and play areas providing access to a waterfront park and providing direct access to the city.  TPM Landscape were involved in all stages of the design and planning process.  The design for the residential parts of the site included amenity decks at first floor level, landscaped parking courts, pocket parks and play areas.
