Brass Founders

TPM developed landscape proposals for the Student residential scheme on behalf of Crosslane Developments, working with DAY Architectural on the former brass foundary site in Sheffield to gain full planning consent. The proposals sought to create a positive frontage to the streetscape with opportunities for public artwork established. A large communal courtyard space was proposed central to he built form with a series of lawns, seating areas, outdoor common room and recreation area proposed. Colour of street furniture and planting was explored to replicate the smouldering colours of the forming brass workings. TPM have been novated to Create Constructing to work up tender information
