Britannia Mill

A historic mill site in Buxworth, Derbyshire has been allocated by the Local Planning Authority for housing in the latest development plan. TPM, alongside planning consultants Crowley Associates helped the client develop a masterplan for the site, consulting with the local community and other interest groups. The outline application for 110 units included landscape and visual impact assessment; tree surveys; ecology surveys and a Design and Access Statement.
