Carrington Village

TPM were brought into this HIMOR / Wain Homes development to help re-think the layout and masterplan after the initial design had received a poor response from the Local Planning Authority. We went back to basics with an approach that considered the constraints of the site and the opportunities presented and married this with the aspirations the Council had expressed for urban design and place making. The result saw us prepare a new masterplan for residential housing alongside the scheme architect and develop a landscape led design and access statement.
