Dickens Lane

A housing layout developed for Bellway Homes which incorporated play design, urban streetscapes and connecting the site to adjoining landscape and residential areas. TPM worked closely with the client to overcome the planning hurdles that accompanied the site and developed the ideas for the design in collaboration with the Local Planning Authority.
