TPM were appointed by Watkins Jones Contractors on behalf of Gorse Stacks Development LTD to develop concept proposals through to construction level information for the mixed use scheme including a podium level courtyard sat above a multi-storey car park, streetscape improvements and a complex step and ramp arrangement to provide DDA access to the public facilities. The scheme sought to use high quality local natural materials to ensure that the scheme reflected the local sandstone character.
