The site for this proposed residential apartment development is a former B&Q located adjacent to the Old Trafford Cricket Ground. The proposals by OEA architects have been developed through both LPA consultation and presentations to a Places Matter review and include for a landscaped courtyard and several amenity terrace areas. The scheme has been submitted for planning and was accompanied by a landscape and visual impact assessment where visualisations and wireframes were a key component.
