The Owen street development forms phase one of the wider Great Jackson street master plan. TPM were appointed by CQ Investments LTD to work in partnership with Simpson Haugh and Partners to submits detail planning application information to Manchester City Council. The development proposals include four sky scrapper buildings grounded within a landscape framework. The tallest building will become the second tallest residential building in the UK. The public realm extends to 10,950m2 with a new public plaza for events, river waterfront walk, improved streetscapes and private residential roof top gardens.
