The Canals and Rivers Trust instructed TPM Landscape and Urbed as part of a design team to masterplan a large area of industrial and historic dockland on the river Severn. The process involved extensive public consultation, and Environmental Assessment and designs which included new residential and industrial uses within a landscape setting. The landscape areas were historically part of a leisure park for workers and this idea inspired designs for a new, modern riverside park based around a sculpture trail and a wild landscape experience. The project led to the successful outline approval for residential and industrial development within a new leisure based landscape setting.
