Kit is a founding director of TPM Landscape with over 20 years experience as a landscape architect, having previously worked in both the private and public sector. Kit has completed a wide range of large scale public realm, residential and mixed use developments across the country and has also acted as expert witness for developments in sensitive locations. Kit is an external tutor at the Manchester School of Architecture and assists in the masters programme.

Carl is a founding director of TPM Landscape with over 20 years experience as a landscape architect, having previously worked for the Derek Lovejoy Partnership and Broadway Malyan as well as public and charitable organisations. He has extensive experience in the design of landscapes within the public realm and has given evidence at Public Inquiry and Hearings. Carl is a mentor on the Landscape Institutes P2C professional examination programme.

Ece joined TPM in 2023 after completing her Master's degree in Architecture and Urbanism at the Manchester School of Architecture, following her Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from Istanbul Technical University. Ece is actively engaged in various projects involving the development of residential and public realm design in TPM.

Tammy, joined TPM in 2022 after completing her Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from Thammasat University, and graduating with a Master’s degree in landscape architecture from the Manchester School of Architecture. Tammy has contributed to landscape design work including: healthcare, residential, industrial, mixed-use, and city living projects.

Jason joined TPM in 2022 after completing his Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture at Manchester School of Architecture following his bachelor’s degree at City University of Hong Kong. He has engaged in a wide variety of jobs in the office assisting with health care, residential and city living projects.

Juno joined TPM in 2021, having studied and worked in China, then graduated from Manchester School of Architecture. She has worked on a wide variety of jobs including health care, residential and city living projects. She's currently on the Pathway to Chartership and plays a key role in delivering our programme of public realm and city living works across Salford and Manchester.

Cathy joined TPM in 2013 having worked previously in the banking sector, and assists in the financial management of the company.
